I believe technical mastery and soulful expression were never meant to be opposites. They're partners. For too long, artists have been taught that excellence requires suffering, that joy is something you earn only after the hard work is done. I don't believe that anymore, and I don't teach or coach that way either.
My approach blends real skill-building and evidence-based coaching with embodied, intuitive practice, because lasting transformation happens in the body, not just the mind. Whether we're working through a Chopin étude or the fear underneath a business decision, the method is the same: meet you exactly where you are, and walk with you toward who you're becoming.
Through private lessons, one-on-one coaching, and soon, The Well, a shared container for collective growth, I create spaces where artists and entrepreneurs build real skill and personal freedom, fully and joyfully. Discipline and ease belong together. Ambition and rest belong together. That partnership is the foundation everything else is built on.

My path to coaching didn't begin in a boardroom — it began at the piano, and later, on stages from here to Carnegie Hall. For most of my career, I was the one holding everything together: performing, teaching, directing, building a studio that served hundreds of students, all while pouring everything I had into the pursuit of excellence.
Somewhere along the way, I started asking a different question — not how do I do more, but what would it look like to build a life, and a studio, that let mastery and ease live side by side. I trained as a coach, and there I found something I hadn't expected: a whole community of artists and entrepreneurs who were reaching for that exact same thing, a life where devotion to your craft and devotion to yourself weren't in competition.
That's when everything shifted for me. Joy stopped being something to earn after the work was done. Now I build my life, my studio, and my coaching practice around a different truth: mastery and joy were always meant to be partners. That's the foundation everything else stands on.
There was a time when I thought exhaustion was simply proof I was working hard enough. It was only by finally paying attention, to the tightness in my shoulders before a lesson, the quiet dread that had crept into things I used to love, the moments my voice would catch when I wasn't even singing, that I began to see the pattern. My body had been telling the truth long before I was ready to listen to it.
Every decision I make now, in my studio and in my life, starts with that same question: does this feel expansive, or does it feel like contraction? That's not a metaphor for me. It's a practice, one I now teach to every artist and entrepreneur I work with.
If you recognize yourself in this, I want you to hear something clearly: your body was never the obstacle. It was the map, the whole time.
Learn to trust it, and it will lead you home.
My Approach to Teaching
Beyond the Studio
My work is anchored in the belief that mastery and joy were never meant to be opposites. I lead with curiosity and kindness, honour both discipline and rest, and trust that real transformation happens in the body as much as the mind. By cultivating authenticity and genuine connection to myself, to my craft, and to the artists and entrepreneurs I work with. I create space for real, embodied transformation: a life as vibrant as the work you create.
